World's Best Grandparents is operated by the operator identified on this page before launch. You can reach us about these terms or about an order at our published support address.

The service is intended for adults. You may submit a nomination and place an order only if you are old enough to enter a contract where you live.

World's Best Grandparents creates personalized commemorative family awards from the information a nominator supplies. Depending on the product purchased, the materials may include a personalized citation and certificate, a Case File, a permanent Record Book Entry, shareable digital materials, and, for the Presented Award, a professionally printed certificate.

These are commemorative family products. They are not issued by any government, university, professional association, independent judging organization, or public authority, and they carry no official or legal standing.

We do not independently investigate, verify, rank, judge, or certify the truth of what is submitted in a nomination. The award reflects what you tell us.

You keep ownership of the names, stories, and photographs you submit. By submitting them, you grant us the limited permission reasonably necessary to store and process the nomination, generate personalized award materials, create previews, produce digital and printed products, fulfill your order, and display a permanent Record Book Entry according to the visibility setting the purchaser selects.

This permission does not include unrestricted public publication. You represent that you have the right or permission reasonably needed to submit the names, stories, and photographs you provide.

Do not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, or that you have no right to share. We may decline or remove a nomination that does not belong on an award.

While a nomination is in progress, the nomination information and original photo uploads are kept private.

When the award is made official, the customer chooses a visibility setting for the Record Book Entry. Unlisted is the default: anyone with the URL may view the page, but it is not included in public browsing or search and is marked against search indexing. Unlisted is not the same as private.

Public means the award may be included in public-facing listings and may be indexed by search engines and discovered through search once public functionality is enabled.

A customer or honoree (or someone authorized to act for them) may ask us to correct or unpublish a Record Book Entry.

Nomination information may be processed using automated (AI) writing assistance to prepare citations, Case Files, and other award copy. We do not claim that every result is manually reviewed by us. The purchaser has an opportunity to view the personalized result before purchase and printing.

Permanent Record Numbers are assigned only after payment is verified. Numbers are assigned sequentially per brand, and each issued award receives its own number. Numbers do not reset annually; a repeat annual award receives a new number.

If an award is voided or replaced, the record retains the historical lineage between the voided award and its replacement.

Prices and any applicable shipping charges are shown before checkout. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment-card details; payment-card processing is handled by our payment provider.

Printed awards are personalized and made to order. Because of that, change-of-mind returns may be limited except where required by applicable law.

If a printed award arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or materially different from the approved award, contact us so we can review the issue.

We send transactional communications as needed to provide nomination, order, payment, fulfillment, return-link, and delivery information. Marketing email is separate, optional, brand-specific, and can be unsubscribed from at any time. Accepting these terms does not sign you up for marketing.

You can ask us to correct, unpublish, or delete a nomination or Record Book Entry. We keep the records we need for orders, accounting, and fraud prevention.

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the current version, and the version you accepted is recorded with your nomination.

These terms do not currently include provisions on governing law, dispute resolution, arbitration, warranties, or limitation of liability. Those provisions require owner and legal review before public production launch.
